Customer Relations Executive | Customer Relations Associate

1. Customer Relations Executive

Job Role :

Responsible for managing front office interactions, assisting patients and visitors professionally, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Entry Requirements :

  • Age preferably over 30 years
  • 4-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong command of English with clear, confident communication
  • Willing to work on a roster (including night shifts)
  • Pleasant personality with a professional and service-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • Team player with a proactive and dynamic attitude
  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting will be an added advantage

2. Customer Relations Associate

Job Role :

Serves as the first point of contact at the front desk, offering support and direction to patients and visitors while creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Entry Requirements :

  • Age between 20-30 years
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, front office, or administrative role
  • Proficient in English, with confidence in both spoken and written communication
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts including nights
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a professional attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Background in a healthcare or hospital setting will be an added advantage
