Customer Relations Executive | Customer Relations Associate

1. Customer Relations Executive
Job Role :
Responsible for managing front office interactions, assisting patients and visitors professionally, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Entry Requirements :
- Age preferably over 30 years
- 4-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong command of English with clear, confident communication
- Willing to work on a roster (including night shifts)
- Pleasant personality with a professional and service-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Team player with a proactive and dynamic attitude
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting will be an added advantage
2. Customer Relations Associate
Job Role :
Serves as the first point of contact at the front desk, offering support and direction to patients and visitors while creating a positive and welcoming experience.
Entry Requirements :
- Age between 20-30 years
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, front office, or administrative role
- Proficient in English, with confidence in both spoken and written communication
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts including nights
- Friendly and approachable personality with a professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Background in a healthcare or hospital setting will be an added advantage
