Junior Executive – Customer Care

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Executive – Customer Care to support day-to-day customer service operations at Carnage. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about customer service and eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will assist in handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, social media, and other communication channels
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, operations, and production to ensure smooth issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and case updates within CRM or customer service systems
  • Follow customer service procedures, policies, and response timelines to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Support the team in maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with supervisors for continuous improvement
  • Assist in monitoring and responding to customer feedback and online inquiries

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer care, customer service, or a similar role will be an added advantage
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of customer service practices and customer handling techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or customer service systems will be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage
