Production Executive

Econopack Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a leading packaging solutions provider committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Monitor production quality standards and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Production Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing and production environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality management systems will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
