AFTER SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Refrigeration experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer enquiries and after-sales support requests
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and service visits
- Manage breakdown calls and reactive maintenance requests
- Follow up outstanding jobs and customer updates
- Liaise with operations, engineering and sales teams
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records, reports and service updates
- Support warranty claims and service documentation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in the commercial refrigeration industry (preferred)
- Experience in after sales support, service coordination or customer service roles
- Knowledge of refrigeration service processes, maintenance scheduling or proactive/reactive maintenance is advantageous
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good organisational and administration skills
- Experience using CRM, ERP or service management systems is beneficial
