Junior Customer Service Executive / Customer Service Executive

First Continental Logistics Pvt Ltd is a leading logistics and freight forwarding company in Sri Lanka, offering Sea/Air Freight, Inland Transport, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and other services through a strong global network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Import/export inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage all freight forwarding operations, including shipments, documentation, customer updates, and coordination with shipping lines, agents, and internal teams

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain is an added advantage
  • 1–3 years’ experience in freight forwarding/logistics is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation & MS Office, outlook
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skill
