Project Engineer - MEP (Location: Dankotuwa)
Are you an experienced Engineering Project Consultant with a passion for delivering innovative solutions? Do you thrive on managing complex projects and driving efficiency in engineering processes? If so, we want you to join our team on a contract basis!
The role entails;
- Lead and supervise daily MEP site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and project schedule compliance.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, material coordination, and subcontractor performance effectively.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure smooth MEP project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, QA/QC checks, troubleshooting, commissioning, and corrective action implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, engineering standards, environmental, and workplace safety requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and MS Excel.
Who We Want
- Bsc, B.Tech, NDT, NDES or HND in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of proven progressive experience in construction project management or consultancy roles.
- This position will be offered on a contractual basis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
