Senior Executive - Packing & Finishing
We are seeking an experienced Packing & Finishing Senior Executive to lead our store-wise packing operations and ensure timely, accurate shipment of garments to multiple destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee store-wide packing operations across 5 regions on a weekly schedule.
- Ensure weekly shipments of approximately 35,000–40,000 garment pieces to 5 regions / 52 stores.
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize packing workflows to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Supervise packing teams, assign duties, and monitor performance and productivity.
- Implement and maintain packing standards, documentation, and quality checks.
- Liaise with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Prepare regular reports and communicate updates by email and other channels.
- Be available to work extended hours when required.
Requirements
- Age: 35–45 years.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role; overseas experience is an advantage.
- Strong email communication skills are essential.
- Proven ability to manage large-volume packing operations and lead teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under tight schedules.
Salary
