The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying operational risks, monitoring compliance processes, and supporting governance initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Roles
- Assist in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and compliance procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate operational, financial, and regulatory risks within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve control measures and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or governance-related functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and corporate governance practices is preferred.
