Manager – Human Resources
To be successful in this role, he or she should possess:
- Degree or any formal qualification in the respective field
- Minimum five years of work experience in a similar capacity
- Having an exposure to general administration and procurement is a definite plus
- Ability to handle multi tasks simultaneously while delivering the desired results
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Sinhala & English
- Good analytical, decision-making & negotiation skills
- Salary negotiable
- Age below 40 years
- Having an own vehicle is preferred
