We're Hiring
Manager / Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing
LPK, a leading and diversified beverage manufacturing company, is looking for dynamic, results-driven, and experienced professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidates will play a key role in driving market growth, strengthening distribution channels, and enhancing brand presence across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retail networks
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement
- Lead promotional campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and clients
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in the beverage / FMCG sector will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of market development and distribution operations
- Ability to travel island-wide when required
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Valid driving licence will be an added advantage
