PRODUCTION ENGINEER
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Production Engineer to oversee operations and maintenance activities of our can manufacturing machines. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations of the manufacturing process.
- Monitor machines performance to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are achieved.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.
- People handling, Train machine operators and support continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- BSc Engineering in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Diploma or HND in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering in reputed university or institute.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in machine operation and maintenance will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
