Manager Sales (Sea Export)
McLarens Group is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join our team as Manager – Sales (Sea Exports). The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to strengthen the company's sea export business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service excellence.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while generating and converting leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and minimize operational delays.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements to support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including HSSE, sanctions, anti-money laundering, whistleblowing, and anti-corruption policies.
- Promote a strong health, safety, and compliance culture within the department.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sea export operations and customer handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
