DEPUTY HEAD

DUTIES

  • Manage the academic and administrative operations of the Business Management Faculty.
  • Supervise and support lecturers to maintain high standards of teaching and student performance.
  • Coordinate curriculum implementation, examinations, timetables, and other academic activities.
  • Monitor student progress and ensure compliance with institutional and quality assurance standards.
  • Support staff development, faculty planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed University
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in higher education teaching and academic administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic operations.
  • Ability to work during week ends
