Key Responsibilities
- Handle room reservations through phone calls, emails, online platforms, and walk-in inquiries
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities
- Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and confirmations efficiently
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update the hotel reservation system
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and special arrangements
Requests
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly
- Maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and special offers
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Prepare daily reservation reports when required
- Follow hotel policies and reservation procedures at all times
