Requirements
- Degree or a diploma in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in related field would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in branch operations or branch administration.
- Knowledge in administrative and cashiering procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Residency in or around the above-mentioned areas is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
- Coordinate security, tea and janitorial services.
- Manage cashiering and administrative functions.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries and customer requirements effectively.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and institutions.
