REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 - 7 years in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (Managerial or Assistant Manager level).
- Experience in the Health Care sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in preparing proposals, tenders, and business plans will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates residing in Homagama area preferred.
