Competencies
- Qualification in SLIM/CIM
- Qualification in SLIM/CIM Full or part Qualified with a degree in Business or Marketing, or an equivalent qualification
- The ideal candidate should have 10 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 4 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market dynamics, along with a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools is required to ensure effective planning, monitoring, and reporting
