EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER SERVICE (SRI LANKA)
The role
- Efficiently manage registered customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain high levels of order entry accuracy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process credit approvals in SAP and communicate effectively with relevant parties.
- Follow up on balance order and special orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate walk – in orders with warehouse staff to offer speedy and efficient customer service.
- Cross – check and verify purchase order with customers and salespersons to eliminate discrepancies.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with customer and internal teams.
- Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks in a fast – paced environment.
- Excellence verbal & writing communication skill in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in customer service of order management is highly desirable.
The position will be on contract basis.
