ASSISTANT MANAGER – INBOUND

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our inbound sales function, converting inquiries into confirmed travel bookings while delivering exceptional customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Design and promote customized Sri Lanka travel packages
- Supervise and guide the inbound sales team to achieve targets
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales (travel industry preferred)
- Proven track record in sales conversions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lanka travel destinations
