HR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the school’s vision and goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational laws & regulations.
  • Provide strategic HR support to management in decision-making and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent Qualification in Human Resource Management, Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Computer Literacy / Email and HRIS system will be an advantage.
  • Age between 35 – 50 Years.
  • Fluency in spoken and written in both Sinhala & English.
