HR MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the school’s vision and goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits.
- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Ensure compliance with organizational laws & regulations.
- Provide strategic HR support to management in decision-making and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent Qualification in Human Resource Management, Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the education sector.
- Computer Literacy / Email and HRIS system will be an advantage.
- Age between 35 – 50 Years.
- Fluency in spoken and written in both Sinhala & English.
