Product Manager – Rataviru RPP: Retail Liabilities
You should ideally:
- have 8 years of executive experience with at least 5 years of exposure in banking product or proposition management, preferably in liabilities
- possess a Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or an equivalent qualification
- have experience in customer acquisition, lifecycle management and cross-functional execution
- have knowledge of liability portfolio management and analytics
- have knowledge of customer journey design and proposition development
- be strong in collaboration and stakeholder influence
- be fast in execution with strong customer empathy
You will be mainly responsible for:
- driving revenue through cross-selling wealth products via branch and Treasury action plans while monitoring performance
- growing and optimizing AUM by identifying high-potential clients, reviewing portfolios, and coordinating with Treasury on suitable offerings
- ensuring advisory governance through risk profiling, suitability assessments, needs analysis, and maintaining engagement records
- managing onboarding and service delivery by coordinating account opening, product activation, timelines, and handling escalations
- driving marketing and brand presence through campaigns, forums, webinars, and collaboration with Marketing
- enabling digital integration by ensuring product availability on digital platforms, testing workflows, and driving adoption
- improving processes and staff capability by training teams, enhancing product knowledge, and refining workflows
- maintaining compliance by developing product manuals, conducting reviews with Risk and Legal, and ensuring proper documentation
