THE PROFILE

  • Handling overdue contracts and negotiate payment plans.
  • Responsible for achieving assigned targets and maintaining service excellence.
  • Support branch operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist and continuously update customer information on the System.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
