THE PROFILE
- Handling overdue contracts and negotiate payment plans.
- Responsible for achieving assigned targets and maintaining service excellence.
- Support branch operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist and continuously update customer information on the System.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
