SENIOR ENGINEERING & RELIABILITY MANAGER
DPJ Holdings is a leading Sri Lankan conglomerate with over 25 years of operations. As a tech-driven organization, we are investing in modernizing our manufacturing capability across Label Printing, Lottery Printing, and a newly equipped Offset & Packaging division.
YOUR ROLE:
We are appointing a Senior Engineering & Reliability Manager to take full ownership of the engineering health and reliability of our entire machine fleet. You will act as the company project owner for the Heidelberg Anicolor commissioning and lead the shift from reactive maintenance toward a structured, root-cause-focused reliability culture. This is a hands-on, floor-level engineering leadership role - not a desk-based position. You will have full authority over maintenance strategy across Flexo, Offset, and finishing operations.
Machines You Will Own:
- Flexographic presses with VDP units, offset press, Die Cutter / Foil Stamper / Box Maker, Rotoflex, Rotary & Flatbed die cutters, semi-rotary press, and all utilities (compressor, pneumatics, UV, electrical).
WHAT WE NEED:
- 10–15 years of hands-on engineering leadership experience in Flexo and/or Offset printing environments
- Proven track record of building preventive maintenance systems and driving Root Cause Analysis culture
- Strong mindset toward permanent fault resolution rather than quick fixes
- Ability to lead technicians and influence operational teams on the shop floor
- Experience with Heidelberg or similar high-end printing equipment will be an advantage
