System Support Engineer
We are looking for a System Support Engineer, The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure stable, efficient usage of ESKO solutions and related workflows. This role is key in bridging technical support, user enablement, and operational efficiency across SaaS-based prepress systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cloud computing
- Strong knowledge of SaaS environments, troubleshooting, and application error handling.
- Familiarity with software update processes, installations, and configuration management.
- Good understanding of backup processes, archiving strategies, and server health monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Esko SaaS applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor application health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Handle error detection, troubleshooting, and resolution for SaaS applications.
- Perform software updates, patches, and installations as required.
- Regularly archive and back up data, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Monitor and maintain OC (On-Premise/Cloud) server health, applying updates and patches where necessary.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and updates.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and SaaS provider guidelines.
- Provide basic IT support related to SaaS integrations, connectivity, and user access.
