Production Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Production Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines
- Monitor production processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure smooth production operations
- Monitor and control production costs and minimize wastage
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices
- Support a culture of safety and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Production, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production operations (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality standards
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
