We're Hiring: Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (Trading Division)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and acquire new customers to promote and expand the company’s portfolio of Agricultural, Food Processing, Packaging, Storage, and related products and solutions.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities within relevant market segments and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with foreign principals, suppliers, and international business partners to support product development and market expansion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the trading sector.
- A Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent field will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both English and Sinhala is essential.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
