Position:
Executive - Process Control
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, customer, and organizational requirements while supporting audits and corrective actions.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audits, and monitor the effective implementation of CAPA activities.
- Manage and control QMS documentation, procedures, records, and reporting requirements.
- Conduct risk and opportunity assessments, support management reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Provide training and awareness programs on quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety standards while coordinating with all departments to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ISO Management Systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
- ISO Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
