What you will do:
- Execute planned audits and special assignments, including investigations requested by business units
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end data driven risk assessments across critical business processes to identify control gaps, emerging risks and improvement opportunities
- Support developing digital monitoring solutions for high-risk areas, and facilitates analytics enabled self governance initiatives to strengthen first-line control ownership
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations, effectively to business unit leadership, driving ownership, action, and accountability
- Collaborate with the analytics team to advance audit automation, data-driven testing, and adoption of AI-enabled analytics across assurance activities
Ideal profile:
- Final year student of CA Sri Lanka/ ACCA with bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance from a recognized university
- 1 to 2 years of experience in audits
- Distinct advantage for candidates having a professional qualification/ certification relating to internal audit/ data analytics/ information systems audit
