TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for skilled, unskilled, technical, engineering, and staff category positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, trade testing, and field recruitment drives
- Create and manage recruitment advertisements on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and recruitment events with project and departmental teams
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking records
- Build strong relationships with site teams and manpower suppliers to ensure timely mobilization of employees
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry will be a definite advantage
- Hands-on experience in bulk recruitment strategies and talent sourcing
- Strong knowledge of social media recruitment and digital advertising platforms
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
