WELFARE OFFICERS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Passed G.C.E. (Advanced Level)
- Minimum 02 years of experience in administration or welfare-related activities
- Experience in maintaining and supervising staff mess facilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle employee welfare matters efficiently
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in construction project environments
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate employee welfare activities at project sites
- Supervise and maintain staff accommodation and mess operations
- Handle day-to-day administrative and employee support activities
- Ensure proper hygiene, discipline, and welfare standards are maintained
