Manager Human Resources (Jaffna, Mannar, Kilinochchi)
Taprobane Seafood is a leading seafood company in Sri Lanka, established in 2010. It has 16 processing facilities and employs over 2,000 people across the North-Western and Northern Provinces. As one of the country's largest exporters of raw, processed, and value-added seafood, the company's success is driven by committed and visionary leadership. Job responsibilities
- Employee Recruitment, Employee relations
- HR documentation
- Salary and payroll administration
- EPF / ETF Payments & Administration (EPF Claim forms)
- Employee Welfare and Grievance handling
- Employee Welfare and Grievance handling
- Implementation of HR policy and Social Compliance Audit Standards
Candidate Profile
- HR Degree or Equivalent Qualification
- Minimum 10 Experience in HR & Administration, preferably in the manufacturing operation
- Very Good Communication skills to liaise with government Authorities (Labor Department)
- Hands on Experience in Payroll software / Knowledge on MS Office package
- Can- do and positive attitude and Excellent communication skill
- Know on modern HR Practices & very good knowledge on labor legislation & practices
- Good Oral & written communication in English and Tamil
- Ability to independently handle the entire HR functions of the company
- Willingness / Flexibility to travel
