WELFARE OFFICERS

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passed G.C.E. (Advanced Level)
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in administration or welfare-related activities
  • Experience in maintaining and supervising staff mess facilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle employee welfare matters efficiently

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in construction project environments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate employee welfare activities at project sites
  • Supervise and maintain staff accommodation and mess operations
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and employee support activities
  • Ensure proper hygiene, discipline, and welfare standards are maintained
