Manager-Engineer (Anuradhapura)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Oversee day-to-day engineering and technical operations of the factory
- Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, equipment maintenance, and preventive maintenance planning
- Lead and supervise the engineering team to achieve production targets
- Implement improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety
- Coordinate with management regarding operational planning and resource allocation
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standard
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar managerial/engineering role
- Strong knowledge in factory operations, machinery maintenance, and production processes
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
