Administrators & Accounts Coordinators
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support the smooth, timely, and accurate handling of administrative and basic financial processes, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and reduced administrative delays across the school.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Operations
- Prepare and issue: Appointment letters / Confirmation letters / Contracts and renewals
- Official school correspondence
- Ensure all staff documentation is completed, signed, filed, and tracked
- Maintain updated staff files (physical and digital)
- Coordinate admissions-related paperwork and parent documentation
- Ensure deadlines are met without repeated reminders
Accounts & Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll-related records
- Assist in payroll preparation and verification
- Prepare basic financial summaries and supporting documents
- Coordinate with the accountant and provide information promptly
- Maintain organised records of invoices, payments, and receipts
Systems & Accountability
- Maintain accurate filing systems
- Track pending tasks and follow through to completion
- Communicate clearly with management regarding timelines and issues
- Flag delays, gaps, or missing information early
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Basic accounting and payroll understanding
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Confidence to work independently without constant supervision
- Calm, neutral communication style
