PERSONAL ASSISTANTS TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate Board Meetings, Audit Meetings, AGMs, and other business meetings.
- Prepare professional emails, letters, and official correspondence.
- Organize meeting logistics including schedules, documents, IT set ups, and refreshments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle additional administrative tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a Secretarial or Administrative role will be considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role would be advantageous.
