Locations: Matara, Kurunegala, Anuradhapura
Responsibilities:
- Assist branch staffs in managing customer disputes.
- Visit branches to handle issues.
- Be the catalyst between branches and central operations
- Handle escalated or high-value claims and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on claims activities.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Completion of G.C.E Advanced level or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance claims handling or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claim procedures and documentations.
- Good communication and customer service skills and ability to investigate and analyze claims effectively.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and claims management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
