Quantity Surveyor - Site Based
We are looking forward for a Quantity Surveyor - Site Based to further enhance our footprints in the market of Supermet Building Solutions Limited. The individuals should also achieve the below requirements,
Responsibilities
- Deeply study agreement with BOQs, Drawings & Specifications of project (Client & Sub-Contractors)
- Maintain and update of budget breakdown Vs BOQs
- Preparation of main progress bill (interim progress application)
- Preparation and record of Variation details of work
- Check sub-contractors progress bill
- Maintain all documents such as DPR, RFI, RFA, GRN, Stores docs etc
- Necessary coordination with the client and its related parties (client & consultant)
Qualifications
- N.C.T. with 3 – 5 years’ experience
