SENIOR TOUR EXECUTIVE – INBOUND TRAVEL
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tour Executive – Inbound Travel to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering memorable travel experiences for international visitors to Sri Lanka and confident in managing inbound operations, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the inbound travel and tourism industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan destinations, attractions, hotels, transport services, and cultural experiences.
- Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of tour planning, cost preparation, and itinerary designing.
- A qualification in Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
