EXECUTIVE - LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
We are looking for a proactive L&D Executive to coordinate and support training programs across the organization. The role involves working closely with employees and stakeholders to deliver effective learning initiatives and support employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute training programs (monthly/annual plans)
- Identify training needs via performance reviews & stakeholder input
- Assist in designing training materials & learning content
- Facilitate internal/external training sessions
- Coordinate with trainers and vendors
- Track training effectiveness & maintain records
- Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare training reports and insights
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or professional qualification in HR / Business
- 2-4 years experience in L&D or Talent Management
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Good coordination and organizational ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail & multitasking skills
- Passion for learning and people development
- Exposure to end-to-end L&D processes
