Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control or debt collection
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of credit control procedures and recovery processes
- Familiarity with accounting systems and MS Office applications
- Government sector debt collection experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel outside Colombo is compulsory
Key Responsibilities
- Handling outstanding receivables and customer follow-ups
- Preparing aging reports and collection summaries
- Coordinating with internal departments and external clients
- Managing debt recovery activities and collection processes
