TRANSPORT OPERATION EXECUTIVE
Location : Kurunegala
Are you passionate about logistics and transport coordination? Looking for an opportunity to grow in an operational environment? Seascape Logistics (Pvt) Ltd, a trusted logistics partner of Sri Lanka, is looking for a dedicated and energetic Transport Operations Executive to join our Kurunegala team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Plan and schedule Prime Mover truck operations
- Manage and supervise drivers and helpers
- Handle order processing and delivery coordination
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse (WH) team
- Monitor truck fuel usage and maintain accurate records
- Monitor GPS tracking system and Dash Cam footage
- Ensure vehicle movement control and route compliance
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Maintain proper documentation and system/app updates
- Ensure timely dispatch and on-time delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company transport policies
- Monitor safe driving practices and loading/unloading procedures
- Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions
- Report daily operational updates to management
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in transport or logistics operations
- Experience in handling Prime Mover trucks is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Computer knowledge and experience in working with system apps
- Ability to work under pressure
