INTERN TALENT MANAGEMENT (EMPLOYER BRANDING)
What You'll Do
- Support initiatives that strengthen and promote Atlas Axillia’s employer brand.
- Create engaging content for social media and other communication channels to showcase our culture, people and employee experiences.
- Assist in organizing employer branding activities, including career fairs, university engagements, and networking events.
- Research industry trends and best practices in employer branding and talent attraction.
- Support talent acquisition and employer branding projects through coordination and administrative assistance.
Who We're Looking For
- Holds a background in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and an interest in creating engaging content.
- Creative and proactive, with the ability to contribute new ideas and perspectives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Interest in Employer Branding, Talent Management, and learning and development.
