WE'RE HIRING
MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES AND MARKETING
APPLICANT SHOULD POSSESS:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CIM/SLIM are an added advantage (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Education sector.
- Proven experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics.
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Sinhala.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
