Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized and anticipatory guest service, ensuring satisfaction and comfort
- Manage guest requests, reservations, and special arrangements efficiently
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and presentation in assigned areas
- Assist with luggage, wardrobe, and in-room setup for VIP guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold discretion, confidentiality, and professional etiquette at all times
- Support events, private dining, and special experiences with precision and care
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a butler, concierge, or high-end hospitality service role
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of luxury service standards and guest expectations
