Multimedia Specialist
Location: ESOL College International, Pannipitiya.
Employment Type: Full –Time
ESOL College International is seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who can handle the entire content-creation process, from capturing raw footage and photos to delivering polished videos, motion graphics, and engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities
- Videography & Photography: Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots for campus events, student life, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into high-quality promotional videos, reels, social media clips, and event highlights with precision and care.
- Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics, animated logos, and text animations for digital advertisements and social media content.
- Content Creation: Develop multimedia content that strengthens brand identity and supports marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of digital assets, including photos, videos, and graphics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative multimedia projects.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Film, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, photography, and motion graphics work.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut Pro).
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects).
- Strong skills in photo editing (Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom).
- Familiarity with camera operation and equipment.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color grading.
- Thorough attention to detail in editing, color consistency, and final output quality.
- Excellent creativity and ability to meet deadlines.
