JOB PROFILE
- Achieve budgeted business volumes and targets of all lending and investment products.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team.
- Evaluate, investigate and recommend credit files within stipulated period.
- Maintain recovery ratios and NPLs in line with Company threshold.
- Ensure smooth operation and general administration activities of branch while adhering to the regulatory framework.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5 Years experience in a similar capacity.
