IDEAL PROFILE:

- Age below 55 years n
- Military or Police background preferred n
- Minimum 10 years' experience in security operations, training, or a related field n
- Strong leadership, communication, and personnel development skills n
- Good knowledge of security procedures, compliance, and risk management n
- Ability to plan, conduct, and evaluate training programs n
