We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our Marketing & Commercial function as Trade Marketing Executives

Manage and optimize a network of 1,000+ retail and wholesale outlets to achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop annual business and marketing plans, including accurate volume forecasts for the assigned territory.
Execute a territory-specific trade marketing and distribution strategy to achieve key brand, volume, and merchandising objectives.
Coach, motivate, and develop sales representatives, merchandisers, and supervisors using pre-defined training programs and structured retail orientation.
Foster a positive, high-performance team environment where employees are engaged, motivated, and aligned with organizational goals.

Degree or recognized professional qualification from an accredited institution.
1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferred).
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Valid motor vehicle driving license required.
