ASSISTANT MANAGER – COMPLIANCE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Compliance to support our Quality Assurance functions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate CQA meetings and compliance-related activities
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports
- Support faculties in compliance and documentation processes
- Develop SoPs and maintain compliance documentation
- Assist in internal and external audit processes
- Coordinate cross-functional reporting and compliance tracking
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or quality assurance
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Experience in handling audits or regulatory requirements is an advantage
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
