Executive – Product Development
The Janet group , a leader in natural beauty and personal care in Sri Lanka is on the lookout for aspiring and ambitious young candidate for the post of “Executive – Product Development” who has the ability to take on a demanding role.
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in product development, R&D, or technical operations.
- Knowledge of product development processes, technical documentation, GMP, quality systems, and food regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product development, improvement, and commercialization activities.
- Prepare technical, labeling, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
